Since 2007, the Netherlands Court of Audit has been helping the Tunisian Court of Auditors with its process of institutional change.
The second stage of the partnership project centres on the further development of the strategic planning process; the development of new instruments for upholding ethical standards of conduct; the application of international standards, quality assurance tools and innovation in the audit process; IT audits and communications with external stakeholders. A number of activities involve the sharing of information and experiences with other audit offices in the ARABOSAI region.
The project is being funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
