Support for the national audit office in Armenia
The Netherlands Court of Audit is assisting the Control Chamber of Armenia with performance audits, in making use of IT resources and geographic information systems (GIS), and in formulating policies on quality assurance and HRM.
We are providing this assistance in the form of workshops, pilot audits (i.e. on-the-job training) and consultancy as part of the Dutch governorship of the World Bank Electoral Group, of which Armenia is a member. The project is being funded by the Netherlands Foreign Trade Agency. An electoral group is a group of countries with a 4.86% share of the votes on the Board of Governors of the World Bank and the IMF, on which the Netherlands is represented by the Minister of Finance.
